Water Fasting Day 13 & 14: More The Same

I wish that more things of interest happened in the last 2 days, but honestly they have been pretty smooth.

The Day Activities

Each day I have a variable amount of energy.  I always take at least 1 nap in the middle of the day.  I wake up at 6-7 am and my naps will be anywhere from 9am to 3pm.  I generally continue to run errands which will involve at most about 1.5 miles of walking.  I generally will be pretty tired after my excursions, but nothing where I think i’m going to faint or anything.

How I’m Doing

I’m down to 152 lbs and that’s a total of 18 lbs in 14 days!  Amazingly, I’m probably still about 20% body fat which means that I still have about 30 lbs of fat on me, which means I could easily go another 30 days on my current reserves.  The body is pretty amazing.

I’m very clear in the mind and I’ve been trying to keep myself occupied without using my eyes too much.  If you read before i’m trying to rest my right eye as it’s been having problems.  So that involves a lot of podcasts and listening to movies I have already see.  Yesterday I watched/listened to the Back to the Future Trilogy.  Great trilogy!  Speaking of trilogies, maybe it’s time to rewatch the original Star Wars as well.
